IYMP SMART is operated by IYMP, Inc. ("we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@iympsmart.com.

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication credentials (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.

Usage data you create. Watchlists, alerts, journal entries, tracked trades (tickers, entry prices, contract details you enter), account-size settings, and subscription tier.

Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and log data collected automatically by our hosting and security infrastructure to operate and protect the Service.

Payment data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment processor; we receive subscription status and limited billing metadata, never your full card number.

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service (signals, alerts, trade tracking); send alert emails and essential service communications; process subscriptions; maintain security and prevent abuse; measure and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your trading data for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run IYMP SMART: cloud hosting and deployment, database and authentication, email delivery, payment processing, market-data providers, and AI providers that process analysis requests. Ticker symbols and market context are sent to AI providers to generate analysis; your identity is not required for those requests. Each provider processes data under its own contractual and security obligations.

We keep your account data while your account is active. You may delete watchlist items, alerts, journal entries, and trades in the app at any time. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage, row-level access controls so each user can only access their own records, and secret-protected internal endpoints. No system is perfectly secure; protect your credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@iympsmart.com from your account email. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
